 Daddy Lumba Ghana has lost one of its most cherished musical icons. Charles Kwadwo Fosu, popularly known as Daddy Lumba, has died. He passed away in the early hours of Saturday, July 26, 2025, at the Bank Hospital in Accra, where he had been receiving treatment for an undisclosed illness. Sources close to the family confirmed that the highlife maestro was admitted days earlier and died at dawn. By midday, a large number of fans and sympathisers had gathered at his East Legon residence in Accra, stunned by the news of his passing. Actor Lil Win has opened up about a sinister motive to impede his upcoming Ibrahim Traore project  The Kumawood star, in a recent video, showcased an envelope full of dollars he allegedly received from a Ghanaian public leader He claimed that the envelope was to bribe him to discontinue filming the Burkina Faso president's biopic A huge frenzy is building up around Lil Win's upcoming film , The Last African Hero - a biopic about Burkina Faso's Head of State, Ibrahim Traore. "Aseda" hitmarker and 26th TGMA MOST popular song of the year winner has been nominated in the category "artiste of the year 2025" for Ghana music awards USA 2025. So many controversies pop up after he submitted his song "MAKOMA" for 26TGMA awards which was laid off from the list by Charterhouse. Long and behold, King Paluta is now a record setter.
